Hello, my name is Dragana Rauš.
If I had known what marketing meant at the age of ten, I probably would have said then that this would be my path.
Today, after more than six years of experience and working with 50+ clients from different industries, I lead my agency RAUSH Marketing & Consulting.
My philosophy is based on emotional branding, the topic of my thesis, but also the foundation of every project I lead.
I have a pronounced sense of aesthetics, creativity is in my DNA, and quick adaptation to new situations is my daily tool.
In May 2025, I won the Young Lions BiH award in the PR category, but what truly defines me are not the awards, but the relationships I build and the values I live through my work.
I believe that with every move I make, I leave a personal mark, which is why I lead each project responsibly and with equal enthusiasm.
RAUSH marketing & consulting was born as an extension of my view on communication and branding, but today it is made up of a small circle of women who live this work with me.
Creative collaborators who work in video production, photography, design, and illustration give visual power to our stories. Their contribution is not just technical, but deeply valuable, aesthetic, and emotional.
